RETURN EXCHANGE POLICY As of September 1, 2024, normal return policy for refunds and exchanges are 7 days upon delivery to you for refund or exchange. Holiday shoppers can return until January 1, 2025. Shipping charges and personalized request are non-refundable/not returnable. No restock fee for items return in new original condition.
